Are your collars TTB approved?
It’s the responsibility of the brewery to obtain label approval from the TTB. Please contact TTB for all label requirements and label approvals. To contact the TTB Label Specialists, please call 1(866(927(A:FD(2533) or visit the TTB Labeling and Formulation Approval page:

Can I order a TTB file?
Yes, click the box at checkout for a TTB digital file. A $25 fee will be added to your order and you will receive a digital file the following business day.

Does KegCollars.net provide an artist for design help?
We have a list of artists that we work with and would be happy to share this list with you. Just contact us and ask for a list of recommended graphic artists.

What are keg collars printed on?
All keg collars are printed on 12 point C1S SBS (coated on 2 sides ( solid bleached sulphate).

Do you make adhesive keg collars?
No, we don’t offer adhesive keg collars at the moment.

Do you make 7 inch keg collars?
Yes we do. When ordering a custom printed keg collar, make sure to download the 7inch template. Pricing for 7 inch collars is listed on our website under Custom Printed Keg Collars.

Can I order custom shaped keg collars?
Yes, contact us through email, phone, or our contact page to inquire about a custom shaped keg collar.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Production lead-time for most of our products is an estimated 7-10 business days. Standard ground shipping is sent from Springfield, Oregon (97477).

Customer Satisfaction & Customer Service Policy

All sales are final. We stand behind the craftsmaship of our products and will gladly replace any components if there is an error caused by us. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a re(print, howerver orders may be subject to fees.

Returns

If you believe you have received a defective product, please let us know immediately. We must receive notice of your claim within 5 business days of your receipt of our product. In order to ascertain where any mistake was made, we may require the following:

  1. Digital pictures of any damage or defect, or
  2. Return of all defective product, or
  3. A photograph showing the defective product

If we determine our product was defective, then we will replace the defective product at no charge to you. We do not offer cash refunds once we have started printing your project. Please note that while we make every effort to meet your project requirements exactly, there are always degrees of tolerance with production equipment. Labels might be slightly off center on a roll, or an oval might be cut 1/16” off(center. These are beyond our control and are the reason we ask for bleed on your artwork, etc. If an alleged “defect” is within an acceptable level of tolerance, we will not replace the product.
